
SPORT PSYCHOLOGY
This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of Sport Psychology and its role in improving athletic performance and psychological preparation.
The course focuses on psychological factors influencing athletes such as motivation, anxiety, emotions, confidence, aggression, leadership, and mental preparation.
Target Audience: First Year License Students (L1) – Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
Teaching Format: Lecture (1h30) + Tutorial/TD (1h30).
