This course is tailored to meet the specific notions of project management needs of third -year LMD students. By the end of these lessons, students will be able to:

·         Understand the importance of the fundamental concepts of the Project Management;

·         Field methods (Map, Facies, Sampling, etc.);

·         Laboratory (Analyses appropriate to each type of problem to be studied);

·         Data processing;

·         Report writing;

·         Translation of geological articles;

·         Literature review methods.

Introduction to geological mapping

The subject aims to prepare students to establish the cross sections and familiarite to new the field of geological mapping. It started by a revision of topographic concepts then introduced the components of the geological map. The main objective is the establishment of several types of geological structures and its interpretation.
