The Entrepreneurship and Start-up course aims to develop, among mechanical engineering students, an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to transform a technical idea or engineering project into an innovative and economically viable initiative.
This module enables students to understand the fundamental principles of entrepreneurship, the stages of creating a start-up, and the methods for analyzing opportunities in a technological and industrial environment. It covers innovation, creativity, market research, business model design, as well as the basics of project management and business administration.
Finally, this module seeks to strengthen students’ transversal skills, such as teamwork, communication, leadership, and decision-making, in order to prepare engineers capable of creating, leading, or supporting entrepreneurial projects in the fields of mechanics and industrial innovation.
