It aims to equip learners with precise English terminology necessary to understand, analyze, and discuss administrative disputes; the course explores key concepts related to administrative courts, judicial review, public authorities, administrative acts, jurisdiction, admissibility, and procedural requirements. Particular attention is given to distinguishing between ordinary and administrative jurisdiction and to mastering the English terminology used in actions for annulment and other forms of judicial control over public administration
