General Description of the Module

The module International Regulation of Energy and Hydrocarbons focuses on the study of the international legal framework governing energy and hydrocarbons, including fundamental principles, international legal instruments, global actors, national and international policies, energy markets and competition, energy security, the global energy transition, as well as international disputes in the energy and hydrocarbons sector and their settlement mechanisms. The module emphasizes the interconnection between law, economics, the environment, and international energy politics.

It is intended for second-year Master’s students (Professional Track) specializing in Energy and Hydrocarbons Law for the academic year 2025–2026.

يرتكز مقياس التنظيم الدولي للطاقة والمحروقات على دراسة الإطار القانوني الدولي للطاقة والمحروقات، بما يشمل المبادئ الأساسية، الأطر القانونية الدولية، الفاعلين الدوليين، السياسات الوطنية والدولية، أسواق الطاقة والمنافسة، الأمن الطاقوي، الانتقال الطاقوي العالمي، والمنازعات الدولية في مجال الطاقة والمحروقات وآليات تسويتها. كما يركز على الربط بين القانون، الاقتصاد، البيئة، والسياسة الدولية للطاقة. موجه الى طلبة الثانية ماستر مهني تخصص قانون الطاقة والمحروقات للسنة الجامعية 2025-2026.
