This course aims to develop students’ skills in machine vibration measurement techniques and modal analysis. It focuses on vibration-based condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mechanical systems. By the end of the course, students will be able to perform vibration data acquisition, analyze vibration signals, and diagnose common machine faults using vibration monitoring techniques. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

·         Understand the importance of vibration analysis for machine condition monitoring.

·         Apply vibration measurement techniques and data acquisition methods.

·         Identify and diagnose machine faults using vibration analysis.

·         Perform spectral and advanced signal analysis for fault detection.

·         Conduct experimental modal analysis and interpret dynamic behavior of structures.
