This module is designed to support students of Work and Organizational Psychology in strengthening their academic English skills, with a focus on reading comprehension, vocabulary building, and written expression.

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• Understand essential vocabulary and terminology used in Work and Organizational Psychology.

• Improve their ability to read and understand academic texts related to workplace behavior, motivation, and organizational settings.

• Develop clearer and more structured writing through guided exercises and short academic tasks.

• Build a linguistic foundation that will support them in preparing their future research and thesis work.
