General Description of the Module
The International Regulation of Energy and Hydrocarbons course focuses on examining the legal and regulatory framework governing the energy and hydrocarbons sector within the international arena. It also aims to enable students to understand the unique nature of the energy sector a field where legal, economic, environmental, and political dimensions intersect and the resulting challenges at both national and international levels. This course is taught to second-year Professional Master’s students specializing in Energy and Hydrocarbons Law during the 2025–2026 academic year.
