This course enables students to become familiar with all the primary and secondary functions of human resource management.

It is designed for third-year Bachelor’s students in Management Sciences, specializing in Business Administration. Its objectives are:

 to acquire precise knowledge regarding human resource management, its goals, and its importance;

to understand its core functions and their role in building a strong relationship between the organization and its human resources;

 and to master the essential information covered in the course and apply it in analysis
